We are flexible in our fee arrangements. Our goal is to tailor a plan, with defined goals, that meets your business needs.

For some businesses, consulting services and advice are the only real need. In these cases, we will define a service plan that specifies the consulting services to be performed.

In other cases, you may wish to engage us on a retainer basis. For a flat monthly fee, we will be available for a specific number of hours to help you re-engineer your credit processes.

You may need to engage one or more credit professionals to work with you on site for a defined period of time. In this case, we will place a professional consultant with you, for a set rate. These arrangements may be established for a set period of time, or they may form a continuing part of your organizational structure.
